As of January 1, 2016 the CTT will no longer support Roadsoft, Laptop Data Collector (LDC), or MERL on Windows XP or SQL Server 2005 due to product support termination by Microsoft. A Roadsoft RoundUp article was published in June detailing this transition.
For customers using SQL Server Express 2005, the CTT is providing a SQL Express Upgrade (2005 to 2012) installer on our websites for those customers needing to update. Customers using other versions of SQL Server 2005 should notify their internal technical support of this upcoming change.
